Four cottages plus a fully restored antique 'Showmans' caravan.
Goongillings Farm was originally a dairy and arable farm. The farm runs
down to the upper reaches of the Helford River with half a mile of
tidal foreshore and its own private quay. Both cottages and farm are
covenanted to the National Trust to preserve them from development, and
the area is designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nearby
attractions are The Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, Flambards at Helston and
The Maritime Museum at Falmouth. The Eden Project is less than an hour
away. The Helford Estuary provides a wonderful place to explore on foot
or by boat with secluded creeks, beaches and several waterside pubs.
