Grey plover and dunlin in wader roost at Copperas Bay, RSPB Stour Estuary reserve

Enjoy trails up to five miles long as you stroll through a wood and watch wading birds, ducks and geese on the estuary. In spring, nightingales and other birds fill the woods with song. The spring flowers are also particularly beautiful.

Opening times

Trails are open at all times, but the car park is locked from 7 pm (or dusk, whichever is earlier) until 6 am.

Entrance charges

Free, but non-members are invited to make a voluntary donation.
