Sanda Island is a privately owned island of 400 acres, situated near
the Mull of Kintyre in Argyll. A beautiful and picturesque Scottish
island, rich in history, Sanda also boasts a safe anchorage for
visiting yachts during summer months.
Further development has
been encouraged in 2003 by the opening of the Byron Darnton pub and the
establishment of Scotland's fourth official Bird Observatory.
