I saw a pair of crows giving a buzzard a torrid time while it was attempting to hunt recently. He was incredibly resilient, but after about ten minutes of constant harassment, he gave up and tried his luck elsewhere. Amazing to watch, the buzzard was surprisngly evasive for such a 'clumsy' bird, and I don't know why the buzzard put up with it for so long without ever once showing any aggression towards the crows.

I also witnessed, last weekend, a group of 5 or 6 small woodland birds (too distant to identify) chasing a jay from tree to tree, in single file. It was really funny to watch, looked a bit like something out of Benny Hill. I wish I could've filmed it!
