Hobby Juveniles do look dark above , they also have a very obvious moustachial streak, the body of the bird in the image is too broad for Hobby and on Hobby the hand of the wing is also longer and narrower, I've never seen a Hobby showing the primary tips so obviously 'fingered' as the bird in the image, which I have seen on Peregrine.
I enjoy ID'ing birds from images, it's certainly more of a challenge when it's other peoples photo's
