A NB Whale turned up in Loch Eil and there were initial thoughts that it may be one and the same however we used your pics of the dorsal and lumbar John and compared it to pics from Loch Eil and were able to discount that theory so thanks for that!

Thanks for the info and very interesting link Craig,those straits at Corpach are very narrow aren't they.......isn't that where you get the ferry to go to the Mull ferry?
It makes you realise just how many Whales are in our waters at any one time!
