Thumbs up Can't go wrong with Leica.

My bins are Leica Ultravid BR 8x42. Not only are they great bins but also from a superb company even if a bit pricey. I stupidly dropped them on to concrete last week damaging the twist up eye cup. I emailed Leica over the weekend asking was the accidental damaged covered by the warranty. A lady from Leica emailed me first thing this morning telling me they were and asked me if mine were the green or black version. I informed her they were the black version and she said she would send me a replacement eyepiece out asap. They never even asked for proof of purchase or a receipt. Thought I would have to send them off and be without bins for a couple of weeks. So I am over the moon and i'll just say hats off to Leica top company well worth the money.

Wow! That's good service.

Nice to know you get that if you spend the money!
