Good work Goldmaxx, I had a look for SEO's this evening but didn't see any.

My bird of the day is a yellow-browed warbler that was behaving like a flycatcher at Chew Valley Lake. I didn't get great view but could clearly see its brow when the sunlight caught it occasionally. A lifer for me.

Also an unseasonal female garganey on the lake was new for the year, and earlier I'd seen a black redstart in Portishead so I'm on 92 now.

Hi there. I'm new on here and tend to be restricted to the west lancs area and coast, but I'm reading great things about Burton Marshes. I assume these are somewhere on the Cheshire side of the Dee, but can you point me in the right direction please?

Tony

Brill birding Dennis! Looking forward to seeing a few images from you.

Two great species for you Goldmaxx!

So, you got a Y B Warbler then Stuart, well done and with the Garganey and Black Redstart! You are doing really well!

Thanks, Peter. It was a pretty special day and one of my favourite birding trips to date.
