Default REDHEADS I've met in my Life.

In 30 years of birding I have met some great REDHEADS and 1 totally special one, Here are are some images that will tweak your ID skills when you bump into these Saw-Bills.

P.S. I still feel the males are smarter but females are more confusing.

I've got it (Lophodytes cucullatus - latin name so as not to spoil it for anyone who wants to have a go, just don't google the latin name )

Peter, your third bird needs a correction (and not just the spelling, that'd be pedantic!)

Sorry, yes, it's a Red Breasted. Common is the Goosander. And I pronounce it wrong too!

Its difficult to know how to say certain things when you only ever see them written down. Apparently, pochard is potch-ard, where as in my head it is poe-chard.
