I can't really see anything on the bird in question (last three shots on your blog) that would suggest to me that this is anything other than a Common Treecreeper, Certhia familiaris, if I saw it in the UK. Most Common Treecreepers in the UK have white flanks, but it's not unusual to see a few with dusky flanks. The pale outer border to the allula is perhaps the best pro Short-toed feature, as this is rare on Common Treecreepers - if it occurs at all.
To be honest I wouldn't like to say for certain what this one was, but I would think that it is just as likely (if not more likely) to be one of the species rather than a hybrid. With the variability of the two species allowed for, this is one individual where I would prefer to go on calls!
