Default Leucistic Bullfinch

This chappie has been visiting my garden this week accompanied by a male Bullfinch. I'm pretty sure this is a Bullfinch with some leucistic tendencies. Not the best of pics - taken through double glazing, the first with a smaller lens.

The photos seem to have lost a bit of pink coloration in the uploading process.

Lovely looking bird, could be from the leaked radiation from the power station up there ?
isn't there a beach near you that is contaminated ? just a thought.

Heysham is the nearest, about 20 miles to the south, Seascale is 40 miles plus to the north west.

There was a leucistic Bullfinch seen a few miles from us last year:
