Default New lens

I'm in the process of trying to sell my Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 to fund the purchase of a 300mm f4.

I've been wanting one for ages & my OH has decided to part with the above lens (his, ish!) for me to have a new toy!

Yeyyyyyyyyyy has anyone got one they use with a 1.4 or 1.7 tc?

I only got the one KF so far & he caught me when I wasn't ready. We just walked into a hide & he was sitting on a branch. Had to recover it a fair bit in Lightroom

I think you have seen it already though

Thanks Peter, the original was as black as the ace of spades as i'd been set up for taking pics elsewhere & up he popped. Some detail has been lost in his feathers but I shall keep trying

Some newer pics now uploaded here

that kf picture is fab, one tip with strong backlighting you may require some fill in flash
you can get or make yourself a range extender. See web for more info

I used to have the nikon 300F2.8 lens wich i sold to upgrade to 600F4 nikon

I'd have been happy with that
It makes it look like someone painted it which is pretty good.
Some people do this with PS if they were not happy with the actual photo and get some good results in making it look like a painting.
