Default Today at the seaside.

I remembered to take my camera with me when I took the dog out this morning; here some of the results:

Thanks for the comments.

I've decided that "portraits" of birds are great, but I also want to try to photograph birds in their context. (If I'm honest, what I really want to do is to paint birds in their context, but don't have the skill). From that point of view I too like that Oystercatcher photo. There's a high tide on Friday so another day at the beach beckons if the weather holds.
