THE ANNEXE (SELF CATERING)

WHERE
Forest Row village borders Ashdown Forest with all its wonderful walking, riding, bird watching, wild flower spotting and other attractions.

The village itself is 5-10 minutes walk from the annexe and has a wide variety of shops, pubs, cafes and other everyday facilities.

TRANSPORT
Buses from the village go north to East Grinstead where trains go onwards to London. There are also buses going south towards Uckfield, Lewes and ultimately Eastbourne and Brighton, east towards Tunbridge Wells and west towards Crawley and Horsham.

WHAT
The annexe is adjacent to and essentially independent from the main house and has its own front door. Full facilities include a kitchen area with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and table; shower room and bed sitting room with sofa bed and small double bed. Built in 2004, it has been constructed to a high specification and has heating and double-glazing so equally comfortable in winter and cooler months.



The property can accommodate two people but is designed primarily for single occupancy.

TARIFF
As of September 2010 the weekly (7 nights) charge is £80 including linen, towels and electricity. The nightly rate is £30, which would be negotiable if a second person is in occupancy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The annexe is fully electric. There is on-road parking on Chapel Lane. Use of the rear garden can be discussed on site.
