Another sunny day and back at Eccup,the sun is lovely but can make taking photos hard.I wanted to get some photos of the Geese,snook round but you can't get close it only takes one bird to get spooked,and all the lake full of birds takes off!!!to the far end of the lake,this is when i could do with a scope.Walked half the lake then took a lane back to the road.There were so many birds in big groups,there is alot of Long-tailedTits.Along the road in the headge i saw my first Tree...

Back to Eccup with my son wanted to show him the Geese,NOT ONE!! in fact there was only a few birds out on the water.At the edge of the wood on the way back we did see.

This was my first visit to Eccup as a "Bird Watcher",i was amazed with the diversity of animals and birds.
Eccup Reservoir belongs to the water board,round the edge there are all kinds of trees also hedgerows,pass that farm land.What more could any bird want
