Default RSPB Garden Birdwatch 27-29 January 2018

I will add my results on this thread when I have them. It is a dreadful day today, overcast and we, so I will start my 60 minute watch sometime tomorrow. Be good to see what counts members have.

9.15am-10.15am.

Robin 1
Magpie 4
Sparrowhawk 1
Woodpigeon 5
Jackdaw 2.

Very quiet in my garden..no guesses as to the reason why when you see my species list for the hour!

Just posted my results on the RSPB website and surprised to see this comment when I added Woodpigeon:

Sorry, that bird is not on the species list we have identified that rely on our garden/green spaces at this time of year

I've been getting up to 5 Woodpigeons visiting my garden regularly this winter - there are 2 in the garden now as I type this.

I must confess I failed to submit my RSPB Gardenwatch sightings this year.
