Default PROBLEMS! But Upgrade Imminent!!!

Hi Everybody,

Neil here!

You may have noticed some disruption on the website in the last couple of days - sorry about that - I can't control this.

Why is this? The current software is running behind the server technology and so is having problems now and then.

How will this be resolved? A new version of this website is imminent. It has be configured and ready to have the current users and forums imported in.

How will that affect me? Should be seamless apart from the website looking a bit different but much better.

I am currently trying to fix the image issue - nothing has been lost - it's just not displaying.

After that I will start pruning the forum down removing really old posts and sections which are not used.

Thanks for your patience and please understand I am doing this in my spare time to give you an enjoyable forum to use.

Thanks!

Exclamation Update

Right. Been doing some research!

I will upgrade the current software during a quiet period over the weekend as it will need to be closed temporarily to run an upgrade script.

Once I have upgraded the current issues should be resolved.

The move process will begin and will be done overnight next week.

Still no access to albums Neil; not a serious issue, but any news on the upgrade?

Cheers
