Smile Update

Hi Everyone!

Yesyerdays outage was due to a spam attack which meant my ISP shut it down. Thousands of emails flying out!

I will be doing some maintenance today to plug some of the gaps these spammers are getting through.

I am working with my ISP on the best route to upgrading this website - I'm on OPTION No.3 which is frustrating since 1 and 2 were dead ends!

All the best,

Neil

Default Seem to have been succesful!

A bit of work this morning seems to mean we are now at the LATEST version of the old software - not without one or two scares!

I should now be clear to uprade to the NEW software without any of the issues I've been encountering in the last couple of months - fingers crossed!

Thanks for the update Neil. I can now upload photos to threads but I cannot upload to albums and I still have albums missing. I just tried to create and upload a new album without success.

There are a few issues reoccuring but I'll get them sorted out.

Currently I'm a the latest version of this sofatware and I'm moving it to a brand new system.

Part of that process will be migrating files across to the new database where hopefulkly there things will reappear.

It sounds straightforward but it's littered with obstacles!
