Default Mini Tripod

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a sturdy mini tripod ( if there is such a thing) for a spotting scope?

Thanks,

Biffo

What do you mean by mini? One of the table top ones?

No I can't by the way, I only have full height ones.

Hello again,

Yes, a table top tripod would possibly fit the bill. The reason I ask is because I do a lot of bird watching from my back window as it looks out onto fields. Trouble is my Manfrotto tripod sits too high on the window ledge for comfortable viewing.

McBilly,

Thanks for the suggestion. I've never heard of these before but could be what I'm looking for.
