A interesting report, though I do think unless land owners/shoot managers are made liable for there game keepers action when it comes to controling raptors the Hen Harrier is still going to struggle to breed succesfully again in the future.

Interesting report Mac bur even at 2010 it is out dated,as you probably know we had no breeding Hen Harriers in England this year and only one pair bred successfully last year,pretty desperate times but not sure what the sensible working solution is.
