Devon and Cornwall named as one of the worst areas for bird of prey persecution

The publication of this year's annual Birdcrime report by the RSPB, the twentieth since its first publication in 1990, has identified Devon and Cornwall as one of the worst areas in England for confirmed incidents of bird of prey persecution.
