Default A Tale of Tail

Watching the birds on the feeders and bird table yesterday I saw a collared dove sitting in the tray for catching seed spillage happily eating sunflower hearts when a siskin flew in and landed on the dove's tail!!!! He stopped there for a few seconds before flying off. The dove never felt a thing!!!!!

The Dove was probably not for moving when the feed was flowing. Would have made a great picture if you had the camera handy.
