Smile Spotted Flycatcher - here at last.

I have been delighted to see a couple of spotted flycatchers in the last few days. Usually they arrive in May. It was a relief to see our first one on Sunday, whilst out walking and another one in our front garden yesterday.

Saw my first of the year at RSPB Coombs Valley,Staffs last Month.....they are delightful to observe aren't they!
Wonderful for you to have one on your garden list too!

Lucky you, Katy! A great bird to have in your garden!

My one and only one of the year so far was seen in April at a local Fisheries! A nice surprise too!
