Not having to cook it, which is not normally the case.

This year we are going to a local pub, I'm driving so I can't get sozzled and collapse by 4pm.

My favourite treat is a box, a big box, preferably catering sized, of these.

We can't normally have them in the house as I would eat them all.

Afraid it will be pheasant breasts with the usual trimmings again with the starter and main course done by myself and the wife doing sweets, daughter, son in law and grandson nearly 2 years old will make it all worthwhile and at least they will be doing the travelling and not us.Back to birding on Boxing Day to finish the year list off.

You should give it a wee try, two distinct flavours. Initially matured in bourbon casks then transferred into sherry oak after approximately 10 years.

My favourite dram.........
