We have got our almost 2yr old grandson for a couple of days so his mam and dad can have a night out so we will be reading Christmas bedtime stories and maybe a look at the local Christmas lights.

Well, there is work and more work and then a bit more work on top of that.

I'll have some days off from the 2nd January, can we start a new thread for then!
If it makes you feel any better, that's pretty much what I've been doing.
I finished work this morning, and will be back in on Boxing Day. I have to wait until early February before I get more than a day or two off though.

Started my Christmas shopping at about 3pm yesterday, spent two hours then, followed by another hour early this morning - all done now so nothing more to do other than open a beer and wrap a few gifts.

I just got in from a Christmas Eve walk around the reservoir and saw a Jack Snipe!!.

So tomorrow morning, big fry up brekkie, go for a walk and try and get a decent view of that Jack and then back in time to get tarted up to go with Erindoors folks to a local pub/restaurant for a Chrissy dinner we had to pay for months ago. Then scrabble.

Boxing Day we are going to the cinema.

Day after lunch with my side of the familia.

That's it folks. Nice and simple. What ever you are doing, enjoy!!
