Nope, not Pied Wagtails. They may have been over the hill and out of view though.

I think a crop will be needed very soon as this does look a toughie.

There is a bird on top of the telegraph pole but the resolution is too poor, Fieldfare perhaps?

Close but no cigar yet!


The bird is not a Fieldfare.

This is the best I can do with the image without giving the species away.
