Thanks Ruth, this little Frog just measures about 1/2 inch in length, there were three in the glass tank but this gave the clearest shot.

In the wild Maggie, but in captivity because of the different diet, they tend to loose their poison so they can be handled safely, still i suppose you have to know what you are doing.
In South America the Natives use the poison on their arrows, very deadly i think its called Curare!.
