I think Bonsaidad means bouquet, Debsie (the flower head!!!). It's a hover-fly - Xanthrogramma pedissequum - sorry, this species doesn't have an English name.

Easy way to spot a fly - two wings! (Bees, wasps etc - four wings)
Oh, and it's evolved to look like a wasp, so other animals give it a wide berth.

Another lovely image Debsie, (Bokeh!!!)= the effect that shallow depth of field has on the background, a very basic and simple explanation, worth looking if you want to.
