    Hi there,

Yes we have lots of Gulls, I'm actually after a few this winter season to up my life list/count.
One area of considerable interest is the Dubai Creek and the wetlands at the end of it, main species in the UAE are,
    Slender Billed (common)
    Black Headed (very common)
    Sooty (common)
Lesser Black Backed (common) + Heuglin’s & Steppe
Caspian, Pallas, (Winter visitors, localised common)
Mew, Mediterranean, Little (Winter visitors, but not as frequent, Little Gull quite rare)
Also one record of Franklins Gull in May 2011 over in Fujairah
Also Black Legged Kittiwake, again quite rare, last sighting in February this year, but that was the first since 2012
Also 18 Tern species plus Pomarine, Long Tailed & Parasitic Jaeger

    Cheers
    Stewart

    Hi Stew,

I see you're now living in Dubai, that's supercool. Do they have Seagulls over there? If so, what kind?
