We have just retired to Herefordshire,downsizing house wise but upsizing garden wise. We hung our bird feeders outside kitchen & have been amazed by the flocks of goldfinches, greenfinches, blue tits, great tits, sparrows, mistle thrushes, blackbirds & delightful robins. On our first exploratory drive round area we saw 3 birds of prey within half hour. Our garden is threequarter of an acre & we want to grow plants to support the birds.
