One weather report it was going to be snowing today. I decided just to go to Pollok Park incase it got bad but it didn't.

Supposed to be tomorrow now. I didn't think it is cold enough for snow today.
Wish I went to Hogganfield now to see the lesser scaup.
I thought I saw it on Saturday but as it stayed in the distance, I just thought it was a Tufted.

Look on the bright side guys, it can only get better, weather wise.

I was just thinking, hope it hangs around and the weather stays dry tomorrow.
Didn't see Mike;s message till 3ish so it would be very bad light by the time I got to Hogganfield. Hopefully tomorrow though.

Default SNOW,SNOW, and MORE WHITE STUFF.

Trip south to see and photogragh the American Wigeon at Caerlaverock WWT has died a death, as I look out now the snow is driving against the window and the traffic is nose to tail into Edinburgh. A round trip from here to Dunfries and then up to Glasgow to Hoganfield Loch to have a wee crack at the Lesser Scaup had been well planed but sadly not today, Hopefully another day soon.

Weather tomorrow morning is supposed to clear up here byt I don't think I'll be going to Loch Winnoch
Lochwinnoch Village Website

It's snowing and windy as heck but it's not really lying were I am in the city. I'll try Hogganfield tomorrow but that's likely to be covered in snow and ice. Hope the scaup has stayed.

Ah well, it had to come.
