Cool out of the sun here too Judith......but it could be worse!

I've washed all the winter coats today so that's bound to signal a return to colder weather!! lol

Another gloriously sunny day here and it's nice to be able work in the garden without the noise of aircraft coming into land at Manchester & Liverpool airports every few minutes!

It is really eerie here. I live under the approach to Luton and all I can hear is the occasional train from the main line 2 miles from me and birds, just birds, you don't realise how constant aircraft noise is until it's gone. They ought to have this ban every Sunday.

It reminds me of the effect when all seems to go quiet during an eclipse.

Still nice and quiet here Peter,I could get used to this......funny how I didn't notice until they stopped flying!
