Question Bird Sightings

Hi Everyone.
I subscribe to a birdwatching magazine & I noticed that were never any sightings of birds listed for Northern Ireland. I don't have much experience but I have elected to try & do the job & put us in the magazine's Sightings section.
I have set up an e-mail address for anyone that has sightings from N.I.
It is ni.bird.sightings@gmail.com If anyone would be kind enough to send me the following details I would appreciate it very much & it would start me off.
I would need the species, the number seen (if possible?), the location & date.

Hopefully I can do this ok, but I am going to give it a try, anyway?
Many thanks.
Pete.
