I went to Loch Lomond on Sunday and yesterday I was not feeling too well so just went locally.
I was up all night throwing up. I won't give details

I am now so tired but daren't go for a nap or I will be up all night again. Dont want that due to having to go back to work tomorrow.

BBC - Osprey chicks hatch at Rutland Water
