Default Symonds Yat Peregrines

Evening All, I find myself at a loose end tomorrow and was thinking of popping down to Symonds Yat to see if I could catch a glimpse of a peregrine.

Anyone local tell me the likelihood of getting a sighting.

You should be ok, forecast is for showers only so visibility will be good. The RSPB volunteers may still be at Yat Rock to help with sightings, I expect you can check by phone. Wye and Severn valleys have been good for peregrines this year. One day in the spring seven species of birds of prey were reported from the rock, including osprey and Black (yes black!) Kite. Have a good day and let us know how you get on.
