Thank you very much for your reply Alan! It certainly was a windswept trip! Fine weather on the journey to and from N Norfolk though! The sun shone and not a hint of a breeze on the return home Thursday morning! Typical!

Not enough time for Snettisham on this trip Mac. I am sure the Waders were a spectacle, have to get the tide times right don't you! I have only visited there once, plenty of Knot but not in the numbers I have seen shown on Autumnwatch...or a similiar programme!

We posted almost at the same time Ian!

Thank you for your kind reply! I was well chuffed with the Little Bittern sighting. Photo opportunities were not to be as there was so much vegetation screening the L Bittern at times and of course the strong winds not helping the situation. It was hard work for the very kind chap who got me on to the bird, I am sure if I had looked away to mess with my camera I would have lost it!.lol!
