One For Peter B.........and anyone else local.

Peter, As your over my way a lot, Wendover woods College lake etc I thought you may be interested in a little place where you can sit in the comfort of your vehicle and get amazing pictures of treecreeper, nuthatch and most of the other woodland birds.

At half past eight in the mornings during the winter months a group of dedicated dog walkers get to the car park here. They park on the left half way down the car park where there is a small mound of earth and trees in close proximity. They scatter some loose seed and nuts onto the mound then disappear to walk the dogs. The birds have realised the freebies are on offer and hey presto.
I managed som great shots with a Fuji finepix bridge camera on a window mount from the Land Rover last year.
