Default Wierd duck for id........!

Pic quality not so good,but hopefully enough for id.Was told it was a hybrid mallard,me i have no idea and neither did the guy who told me, as he was told this ..by someone else...!Just looks a wierdo duck is all i can say...!Peace..!

The duck in the photo is a Heinz (aka Mallard)

Looks like an albanistic Mallard, the bill looks pale so this would seem to back that up rather than being a hybrid
