Default Exotic Duck

I saw this chap at one of the local parks today. It was hanging around with a group of Mandarin Ducks. I suspect that it's another type of Asian duck, but I can't find it in any of my books.

Thanks. I've just 'googled' Ringed Teal and that certainly seems to be what it is.
