In the pictues of the greenfinch, there is another blurred bird behind, to the left and up a bit. In one picture the bird is more blurred but I've put it in as you might just see its tail.

Very hard to tell, but from the colour I'd go with Tree Sparrow too. Are they known to frequent the area ?

The bird in shots 3 & 4 are definately a Tree Sparrow.
