Default Red headed starling

I saw this red headed starling (yes, definitely a starling!) on a bird feeder on the Somerset levels - does anyone know if this has been seen before and if so, why has it got a red head?

If you are not having a laugh, Jackdaw, could you please resize your photographs so that they can be actually viewed?

This is a very genuine post. I will attempt to make the photos better. I hope for some more thoughtful and informed comments soon!

I was trying to be helpful with my post and not critical, Jackdaw. Hopefully you can resize for a clearer view of your Starling.

You could e-mail the original pictures and I can have a go with them. I don't know why they have that pink tinge, the colour balance must be way off and this may be the cause of the suspicion.
