HOi MIke checked out my Dutch Bird Books cant find any reference to [Senensis]

[3] Dwergaalscholver..Pygmy Cormorant.Phalacrocorax pygmaeus

Did manage to locate the following which I think will help confirm your photograph

Cormorant subspecies identification

Depends on the colour of the [ Gular ]
