Yes, I think it is. I've never seen one in the flesh (or should that be the feather) despite having plenty in my garden. They must keep themselves well hidden until they have their bib.
I haven't seen the adult that normally pops down for a crumb of bread for about a month now. (ok. I was away for two weeks)
I'm assuming this is the adults juvenile.
So when the two of them appear, I won't know which is which.

I doubt you would tell them apart now, Maggie! If you do get two Robins, as I do in mine, you will find that one will chase the other away...a territory thing now....offspring or not.lol!!!

I forgot about how territorial they are so I reckon the adult will chase it away
