Raven?
It was very big. Made a different sound to a crow. There was two of them.

I hope so. Be my first ones since birding
They were massive. And thatsound they made was just unbelievably loud and different from Crows.

You can tell by that bill Maggie that they are Ravens. Their call is a deep croaking and they are around the same size as a Buzzard.

Come to think of it I can't recall ever having seen a Raven. Looking at the coverage maps on RSPB website and Wiki they are not shown as being present in the Midlands or South/S.East. I wonder if the Ravens at the Tower of London feel lonely
