Question ID please

I thought they were either shelducks or Oyster Cacatchers but the wing colours didn't match up in my book. Not the colours, the shapes of the colours

That they are. 50 points for quick ID.

I usually only see them once they are on the ground so they look totally different whne veiwing in flight

and as if by coincidence I saw a solitary Lappy at College Lake today being swarmed (rather unfairly in my view) by some crows. Are they Jackdaws? An ID on the crows would be helpful.
