Buzzard Juvenile or Adult?

I had this stunning Buzzard turn up in the garden yesterday. Can anyone tell me if it is a juvenile as I'm not too sure.

Picture taken with my point and shoot on full zoom through a window so not the best.

Great capture Graeme.......looks like it's resting it's beak on the branch......can't help re age tho sorry.
