It looks like a Blackbird now, just the shape of the tail was making me think it was something else other than the usual birds.
Maybe the tail looks different with the way it's trying to manouvre its body to get a drink?

I'll settle for female Balckbird then.

Don't tell me I got one right!!! It must be Christmas!!

I think the beak colour is right as is the glimpse of the belly we see. I ruled out a Thrush as the head is plain brown.
