They don't have tails Astajevs. Well, they have little tails.

I'm with Peter in saying it looks like a female Blackbird Maggie. It looks as though it's beak is half in the water, a thirsty bird.

A female blackbird, or perhaps another thrush with the detail obscured by the distance and the fact its bent over leaning forwards?
