A pale wing-panel as strong as this is a good pointer towards Willow Tit.
Did you notice its bling? This bird is colour-ringed and appears to be the same individual as this one, which was ringed (as a Willow Tit) at Fairburn Ings on 20th February 2008. |

The pale wing panel (Marsh Tit can show this but usually not as obvious ass this bird), dusky underparts and bull necked appearance all point to Willow Tit, Marsh Tit are normaly whiter on flanks and belly and neater smaller headed birds
