I would say it is a Little Grebe Peter. Was it diving a lot?

Thanks all, it was just sitting there for the time I saw it, a long way off so I snapped away and this was the best shot. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing that it might look like. This time of year is confusing with all these birds holidaying here.
